I sincerely believe that we are really lucky here in Quebec, despite all the separation garbage we put up with.
Montreal is a strange place. I speak three languages fluently, but that really amounts to nothing since everyone here for the most part speaks at least two. I'm pretty sure that it would be a huge asset if I were to go work anywhere else in North America. I'm not moving though, when one is lucky enough to have cheap child care and cheap education, it's worth living here.
