We all know about Nick Pope and Timothy Good but David Clarke has been accredited as an investigator since in 1985. He's got several books to his name but a very low profile stateside.

I'm currently reading Clark's 'The UFO Files', his collection of interesting MOD reports, UK UFO history and thoughts. He was fairly instrumental in getting them released IIRC and I've already found a few gems that made the purchase worthwhile.
