I was saying boo-urns
I cam across James Fox's excellent documentary online. I saw this when it was on the History Channel and loved it even more then "Out of the Blue."

Obviously the core group of members are aware of this documentary, but found this online and wanted to share it with the forum. It is of poor quality and I would suggest buying an actual copy when you can. In the meantime, you can watch it here:

I don't know how all the copyright laws work, but isn't this stealing?? Or is there some fair use of the video??

If it turns out that it is illegal, perhaps someone should flag it or bring it to the attention of whoever is in charge. Any ideas??

I dunno. I saw it and posted it. It's from a foreign country from what I can tell. I figured it would be good to share it.

Yeah, it is illegal. If someone affiliated with the film were to contact youtube (Or wherever.) they'd remove it. Problem is somebody else would upload it again almost immediately. Then they'd have to do it all again. And again. And again, etc. Some companies take these things very seriously and have employees who spend all their time looking for and nuking such things. Then you've got others who don't like it but don't bother resisting. After all, how do you beat the internet?

Things have changed with forums A LOT when it comes to these things. A few years ago posting a link to copyrighted material was universally considered a big no-no and at just about every board I was a member of doing so would invite wrath from the moderating staff. Posts would always be deleted and the user possibly even banned. But nowadays I see youtube links everywhere and nobody ever seems to care if the videos are pirated or not. Even MUFON allows it at their board which surprised me at first. There are dozens and dozens of links to UFO documentaries on their boards and the funny thing is that some of the people who put up the money to have those films made in the first place might very well be card carrying MUFON members.
