I've talked to a guy who was hit in the chest and knocked unconscious by an orange basketball sized orb. My guess would be ball-lightning. I also know a guy, well, knew a guy, he's dead now...had a smaller orange orb come through an open door, went through his t.v. screen, burning a 2" hole through the glass, exited the top and went through the ceiling and knocked out the upstairs neighbor's t.v.!
