In Canada there is a woman (former leader of the Sask Green Party, provincial politics) who is facing fines and jail time for not complying with the 2006 Census. She says she didn't participate because Lockheed Martin was contracted to do the processing. Do you feel that she should suffer the hand of the government for braking a federal law or do you think she has the moral high ground? Personally I think being forced into participating in a federal census violates my rights and freedoms. So I didn't participate (Good thing I didn't get caught) Does the US have a mandatory policy for census participation?
