I wish I understood Polish, if it's Polish. The vid seems contrived and possibly fabricated...fake? The person filming it repeatedly moves the camera away and then films the lights in different areas of the sky...according to the perspective of the roofline.
What strikes me is how they focus on the lights. The focus is immediate and fairly stable if you ignore the movement of the sweep towards the lights. When they have the lights in sight, motion is very stable.
Looking at the tone/style of the supporting website (Prindz Media)... UFO: ALIENS SHOOT DOWN NASA LCROSS PROBE BEFORE MOON IMPACT they're clearly a hoaxy type of site and similar to All News Web. When the provenance of a UFO video includes a dozen mentions of chemtrails, annunaki and Jaime Maussan...it's worth being cautious.

My speculation is that they were balloons, probably mylar reflecting the sun. They were high enough to catch the last rays of the sun. Thier movement suggests they were all released at once, gained altitude, hit higher wind speed currents, and then were blown in different trajectories. The one dark one must have been too low to reflect the sun, and the way it appeared to come down tells me it might have ruptured a little in the lower pressure, which made it descend like it did. Vids like this continue to give UFO/UAP investigations bad reps.
