I'm sure there are plenty of Muslims who would find it a tantrum too, and a little embarrassing.
Incidentally, the Arabic language has some colorful insults we'd never say in English. I had one hurled in my direction while shopping in the Arab quarter of Jerusalem (just for not buying something!)
In fact, a lot of languages have more colorful insults than English of any variety. Oh the things that can be said about another guy's mother...I mean wow!
