Jerome Clark interview

Free episodes:

I an thrilled to say that the nightmare show currently playing will be nicely offset next week by what I consider to be one of the most informative and insightful interviews we've done on The Paracast. Jerome Clark is a very smart, thoughtful, well-spoken historian, a veritable fountain of knowledge regarding the UFO phenomenon, and he's granted us a rare interview. We conducted said interview today, and to say it was a breath of fresh air is really underplaying the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Clark. It's a keeper, one of our finest moments, and I'm psyched. I hope you all enjoy it as much as Gene & I had conducting it. Sorry to be gushing, but I've been deeply immersed in his UFO Encyclopedia, and it's a truly stunning, substantial body of work.

Whoops. I just sent a pm to Gene asking if he talked about JC's Paracast comments. The one about Paola Harris etc. Interview is already done, oh well.

I've always liked Jerome Clark but was surprised at his Paracast remarks and Paola defending.

Will I find those on his blog or something? JC wasnt the guy defending the Paracast?

Jerome Clark doesn't have a blog or any online presence to speak of, although a Google search will find lots of links about him. No, this particular exchange appeared in emails sent to a small number of people. Let's leave it there. Jerry is an old friend of mine. I haven't talked with him in decades and, despite the fact that I suffered from a sore throat, I particularly enjoyed this session.

In a show or two after the Paola interview, it's the e-mail Gene read on the show near the beginning. He refers to hims as Jerry Clark instead of Jerome I think.

Anyway, JC didn't even listen to the episode he was sort of commenting on, and so I wished Gene or David could maybe clear up some things to him, since I like all 3.

It's been a few years since I was a member but I somewhat recall Jerome at Ufoupdates.

Fantastic! Heard Jerry speak many years ago in the UK and always enjoy his writing. Really, really looking forward to this. Thanks G&D!
