No--but I think it could reasonably be described as, (I said) "near pristine" considering the damage attributed to it. It does indeed show some longitudinal flattening. I take it that opinions regarding expected vs observed condition of the bullet, and comparative analysis of it with fragments and rounds found elsewhere, are varied.
