Great Show and enjoyed the professional discussions. More investigation on the Cattle mutilations in Argentina more information on individual cases . Was their soil samples , blood samples , type of topography , weather disruptions prior to the Cattle deaths electrical storms, droughts, earthquakes, floods , foot & mouth etc? Another follow up show soon.

I'm guessing that in UFOlogy, like politics, you have to associate with some questionable characters just to be able to do business.

It was a good episode, and I appreciate how thoroughly Antonio covered the topics and answered our questions.

Well, let me end the suspense here: The chances of that documentary ever seeing the light of that are... close to zero.

To sum it up: Raúl Julia-Levy is a con-man who seems to have scammed a few dumb members of the Mexican government —nothing particularly hard to do, I might add

This story has been hardly mentioned in the Mexican press, and there is no official information about the documentary to be found in any government website.

Well, this is weird. Very weird. I had no idea that this show was going to happen, yet guess where I am right now? In the Mayan Riviera. We arrived on Sunday and I´m using the computer in the Internet office at our resort in Akumal. The Mayan ruins are just 12 miles away.

Fascinating and strange - yet, I am me and this is the Paracast forums.

Needless to say, my dear fellow Paracastians, the wife and I will be visiting those ruins in the next couple of days. I will be listening to the show tonight... But as I say, wow... weird timing.

As an aside, this Mexican keyboard is confusing¡ Some of the keys are in different places¡

Good show. Huneeus is super-knowledgeable and easy to listen to.

One thing: There was some mention made of the Committee to Reform Mufon and Elaine Douglass. Elaine was actually the state director of Utah when I first joined Mufon a couple of years ago and I have talked over the phone with her extensively. It's a mistake, in my opinion, to write her off as simply a "bitter conspiracy theorist" and leave it at that. She and those working with her actually make some interesting points and have a lot of interesting things to say.

Here's an idea: Do a show on the issue. I'm almost positive Elaine would be game and, it's been a while since I last talked to her, but I'm sure I could get in touch with her and help arrange it.

I actually think that this is past-due. This is a major development within the UFOlogical community and The Paracast has mostly been ignoring it.

I have actually been in touch with Ms. Douglass. I don't personally have a final opinion about the evidence she's gathering about Bigelow's alleged ongoing connection with MUFON. But she promised to contact me when she has something to talk about. So we'll see.

That's interesting that she promised to contact you "when she has something to talk about." I assure you that she as a LOT to talk about! She'll just about talk your ear off if you let her.

And in my opinion they make a lot of valid points even beyond the Bigelow situation. Why was she and a large handful of other state directors mysteriously ousted from the organization right before the CRM was formed? Why do the board members appoint themselves rather than allowing the organization's membership to have at least some say in the matter? I believe these issues were very briefly touched on in the episode with James Carrion, but not nearly in the depth that I would have expected.

I personally chose not to renew my membership to Mufon because of two things: 1. All these backroom shenanigans that are reportedly going on within the organization. And 2. The low standards to become an investigator. The textbook is clearly written by pros, but I was not convinced that after reading through it and taking an open-book, multiple-choice test that I was really qualified to investigate these issues. I understand the organization doesn't have a lot of money, so establishing an actual brick-and-mortar school with instructor led classes is a pipe dream. But it all just seemed too easy to me.

With that said, who knows, it's not out of the question that one day I'll renew my membership and go back and finish that test and get my "investigator" credentials.

I'm gonna bump this one. I'm very curious what people think about the shape of the gateway leading into this resort in Cancun.
