Based on the first 5mins this could be quite interesting. I wonder if the line note "Special Programs" (with no justification) is the SAPs (Special Access Programs) that the reverse engineering effort is apparently a part of.

This isn't Rich at all. It is an author named Trevor Paglen at Google San Fran a couple weeks ago. It's not a talk about Alien Secrecy or Reverse Engineering it's simply one man's investigation and uncovering how the pentagon and the CIA conduct and hide the 'Rendition' program and he talks about some secret program patches worn by flight crew etc... What he does is illustrate how secrecy is propagated and how it IS possible to contain something. At one point he talks about the biography of a test pilot who test flys classified aircraft. The bio states that he tested seven secret aircraft over twenty years or something but only three secret aircraft have ever been declassified. These are partnerships between the military and private contractors that have NEVER seen the light of day. Thousands of people are involved in this. At one point he shows a paperweight given out at a AREA 51 Alumni meeting - It's a big black sphere. A 'Black World' I guess these guys are not without a sense of humor... lol
