I've said on this forum many times I am no image analyst. Gut-feeling on first viewing? Well, it does not look like a deliberate video hoax.
So we are left maybe with all the other explanations of circular hat-shaped craft with no visible means of propulsion looking like it can move like hell! Eh...........so it's a UFO!

(Sorry Don for even saying this in a post you've started but for those of you out there still unsure what UFO means - well, look it up - it doesn't mean alien spacecraft. Well, some debunkers keep trotting that one out and it's beyond old. No-one like Bill Nigh the ****** guy should be allowed on TV - not because of his views but because of his obvious refusal to obey the definition of a UFO - he jumps on the alien thing every time, even when the ufologists do not!)(for Mr Nigh)(for normal people).
