Maybe Logic
Could we come up with a list of names of prominent, recognizable names in various Fortean fields, who could be named as being in various degrees as supportive of as simple a claim as "more research."
I'll start with the following names:
Tier 1
Edgar Mitchell (UFO/paranormal)
Jane Goodall (Sasquatch)
Robert Bigelow (UFO/paranormal)
Gordon Cooper (UFO)
Tier 2:
(Podesta or Symington are not that recognizable, Carter has been at best vague, and Hellyer -- ex Deputy PM of Canada -- from my very limited knowledge's some trappings of a 'believer' more than being just an advocate, AND is not that recognizable beyond Canada)
John Podesta (UFO)
Fife Symington (UFO)
Jimmy Carter (UFO)
Paul Hellyer (UFO)
Michio Kaku (UFO)
