Here is a really fascinating presentation from David Hatcher Childress from the recent Megalithomania 2010 Conference in Glastonbury.

It's certainly worth watching as he covers some little known areas such as ancient Polynesian & Olmec mysteries which we don't hear much about compared to Middle Eastern finds

Childress makes entertaining presentations. In my opinion, he's a BS merchant. It's hard to say he's a knowing liar, but the suspicion is there. After years of presenting the same points and presenting them on his site, I think he ignores anything that doesn't support his claims. Furthermore, he uses the sneaky techniques of Creationists by ad homming science and using innuendoes to to undermine valid conflicting evidence.

Good points Kandinsky, but it could equally well be said that mainstream science is also guilty of ignoring seemingly good evidence when it does not fit with their theories. I think Robert Schoch's proposals regarding water erosion at Giza is a good example of this. Childress presents some good evidence here to support the theory of a worldwide ante-diluvian civilization & I find some of it compelling. Is he a BS merchant, a knowing liar? I think that's pretty harsh!

In a field where some pretty outrageous assumptions are made (I'm thinking of Von Daniken & Sitchin here), it seems to me that Childress makes his points in a relatively sober manner in this presentation. The information on the LA stone spheres, burial depth of the Easter Island Moai & Tongan ruins was well put I thought.
