Unless these guys were part of some MIB or Blues Brothers fancy dress, is it not really strange to see two men together who work together apparently and are dressed identically?

Unless reports of some kind of mind control happening with MIB's are true, I'd love to go up against two of these pricks and tell them to eff off.

Sounds like a prank to me perpetrated by two Fringe fans. They did this in broad daylight and they failed to connect with the witness. Pretty atypical for a MIB report.

If you take the report seriously, that is the woman's description of the two, then someone is heavily invested in the prank as they shaved their eyebrows for it. Also, doing something like this is pretty dangerous in my opinion unless you have a very good knowledge of who you are pranking. Coming in looking like the mob and acting threatening can get you in a lot of trouble pretty quickly, not to mention shot, depending on who you are dealing with.

The guy who is speaking has been identified in the ATS thread dedicated to this subject.
 
BTW Antonio Paris is the lead investigator for API Aerial Phenomenon Investigations. There is a thread at ATS were he is answering questions. I might quote him.

Still does not explain the female witness audio in which she comments on their unnaturally large blue eyes that never blinked. She also maintains that she felt that they knew what she was thinking. Unless she is lying, this is taking acting to the nth degree. Shaving eyebrows, not blinking and pulling off some 'mentalist' trickery?
Either way it is very worthy of note - A real MIB case on camera or a hoax pulled off with amazing finesse?

I'd be interested to hear what writers such as Nick Redfern think, having written on the subject. Perhaps an MIB writer could ask more pertinent questions, having more extensive knowledge of previously reported encounters.
 
Aren't there contact lenses out now that mimic the large anime doll eyes? It seems like a great deal of trouble for a quick prank where you neglect to make sure your target is working that day. Fringe debuted in 2008 as well b.t.w.
 
Indeed there are such lenses. We've seen them on any number of movies etc. Whichever way you look at this event, it is strange. I can't imagine the identity of any hoaxers will remain hidden forever if it was a hoax.
It would be great if there was any other unintended footage of these two men. Depending on where this hotel was situated, there could be any number of secondary CCTV cameras out on the street or in other premises such as shops. Would be interesting to see if being a hoax, they took it to such a degree as to drive a 1950's black American car too?
