[YIKES! Lyle & Jayne had pretty weird karma, if true  — chris]

News Story HERE:
PEEBLES, Ohio (AP) - special to Buckeye Country
A fire at a southern Ohio farmhouse has claimed the lives of an elderly couple. Authorities say the fire broke out late Friday in Peebles, Adams County. That's about 60 miles south of Columbus, and close to Serpent Mound. Family members say 82-year-old Lyle Lambert and 79-year-old Jayne Lambert were killed in the fire.

Reports are unclear, but this may be connected to an unconfirmed report of a meteorite hitting and destroying a home in Locust Grove in Adams County, reportedly killing two.
That was the second fireball seen in the area in two days.
Rest of story HERE:

Three nights later, in a related story(?) [heh-heh  —chris]

The fall of a huge fireball has shocked and terrified the people of a small Maya Town in Ichmul Southern Yucatan!

On Sunday at 8:30 pm, 2013, while the locals were waiting to see a circus show, a massive boom was heard followed by a huge fireball. The sound was so loud it shook the ground and shattered windows, "It was just like an earthquake" one witness stated.

"As we watched the fire fall from the sky, all the power in our town went out, and all we could see was this huge ball of fire in the sky, the whole town was terrified, we thought we were going to die." The fireball impacted just outside the town, destroying a few small buildings and melting several power lines, no one was reported hurt in the incident.

Local police and some residents who attended the crash site, recovered pieces of burnt debris from the scene, including several melted objects which look mechanical in nature. The most interesting find was a charred humanoid figure, roughly 12 inches in height, with a head, two legs and two arms. Some locals believe this was possibly an Alien ship intercepting a meteorite that was headed for their town. One witness stated:

"We do not fear the sky people, they have come here for many centuries, watching over us and protecting us from such things, all our ancestors talked about them… I think this little creature gave his life to protect our town, it saved our people I think."

Local officials quickly sealed the area off with cordons and police guards, until a full investigation into the incident had been completed. A substantial amount of debris was also taken for analysis by local law enforcement officials, who also urged the towns people to stay away from the impact site, claiming a possible risk of contamination from radioactive materials.

I watch meteorite hunters sometimes, since ive long been fascinated by meteorites (i guess i find the idea of something from somewhere other than earth exciting)

This debris doesnt look like anything ive seen before in terms of meteorites

Thanks for responding Mike... I thought this one was really interesting, but evidently everyone else (except you & Geoshift) didn't think so... Weird story, weird times...

Meteor Strike? Call the FIRE DEPT! - Uh No Not Really ... It's Actually an "Unconfirmed Report". If the stories had been separate posts I might have like buttoned the second one ( though it seems dubious as well ), but because the first one lacked any substance, it tainted the whole post. Also, just because you don't respond or tag or hit the like button for all my posts, or ask all my questions on the show, doesn't mean I think you don't like them, otherwise I'd be starting to get a complex by now. BTW, I hope you can parley your connection with the production company you were mentioning into a decent new series. I like the idea of exploring the common thread between the various phenomena. Although your interpretation of the phenomena is substantially different than mine ( mine being that a highly advanced alien intelligence could be behind virtually all of it ), it would still be cool to see you flesh-out your theory with some nice production values and get some credit ( and maybe even a paycheck ) :).

Just don't overlook the details ...

Or people might realize Old Bussie's not real.
