Just stumbled over this document from the Strategic Studies Institute while browsing the DP website.It talks about using brainwashed Satanic cultists to perform so called MILAB's on members of the public as a psychological warfare exercise ("false flag" operations).
I'm not really sure what to think,given the lack of information and context about it's release,and the source of the publisher...

So,what do you guys think - just another MJ-12 or the real deal?

Anything linked to Greer immediately elevates to a 9 on my 10 point BS probability meter. After looking at this, I have to say it is now a perfect 10. Hence a river of excrament flowith from it.
 
Just fevered fantasies from disturbed minds.
Aside from the requirement to have people at multiple levels in the bureaucracy going along with criminal activity, it makes no sense: you don't need to go to all the trouble, time, expense and risk of raising pet Satanists to do evil shit for you when the I Was Only Following Orders crowd will do it because they're paid to.
 
All seems to fit in with an already stated prediction of future ficticious threats from things like terrorism to asteroids then aliens, from Von Braun.
Which at this moment in time I tend to think is probably correct.

ie, The propagation of lies through both the government, media and other sources to create the fear ultimately of alien invasion, to then facilitate the weaponization of space.
The way those documents read to me, is like they have been written to fit a story
like a piece in a puzzle.

I have a lot of difficulty with this issue, as I find myself in agreement with guys like Greer, when he speaks of things like the hidden agendas of powerful organisations
and the way the public is being decieved.
It's just that his record is so tarnished and his real agenda so confused, that when I see things like this I cant help but feel it's disinformation.

Far too convienient, this stinks in my opinion.
