I know Montana is special in this ability but where are all the local governments passing resolutions to protect their citizens against this crap?

I don't know. I anticipated legislation being passed. When you consider the scale and magnitude of what has been perpetrated against the average American; it makes perfect sense that they would create legislation to protect themselves from the millions of people who have been dispossessed. The hell of it is, we are only in the 2nd inning. It will get worse. They have done nothing to fix the economy, all they have done is kick the can down the road. They propped up the banksters (at the expense of the American taxpayer), who were not operating as financial institutions but as casinos dealing in toxic derivatives, which is in the quadrillions. Scary, huh! That is only part of the overall picture of what has been done, not to benefit the general population, but to benefit a very small percentage of the population. Perpetrated by people who have no scruples or empathy for their fellow human beings. Tragic!

Wholeheartedly agree. And obviously this is just another notch hotter in the ever boiling pot. Still it seems a milestone, especially if we realize most of the worst tyrannies of all time did not codify this kind of thing in law. And not a peep from most in media. You would think the republican idiots that oppose the democrat idiots would cry foul, but I guess in their mind, if it is to protect us from terrorism, must be ok. Similarly the big city democrat controlled city councils just can't end their love affair with Obama. Every one else is just trying to hold down a job I guess.

They say history never repeats..... perhaps this is the exception that proves the rule

Articles 114, 115, 117, 118, 123, 124 and 153 of the Constitution of the German Reich are suspended until further notice. It is therefore permissible to restrict the rights of personal freedom [habeas corpus], freedom of opinion, including the freedom of the press, the freedom to organize and assemble, the privacy of postal, telegraphic and telephonic communications. Warrants for House searches, orders for confiscations as well as restrictions on property, are also permissible beyond the legal limits otherwise prescribed.

History records what happened next.....

I cant believe i'm watching this unfold again before my very eyes

I fear it will take more than legislation to keep this ship afloat!

I know. "Those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it." This ain't Nazi Germany and there is at least 400 million guns. Do you think they really have the balls to try it?
