Moscow UFO video from 2 years back

I would like to ask members' opinion regarding this 2 year old video shot on a mobile phone over Moscow.

Any comments would be appreciated.This one really puzzles me.

it is not a ufo, i believe that has been identified here somewhere already. i think it was a rocket.

Yeah, it was a night launch of the Proton rocket.

A quick reread I notice that you say this is a 2 year old video. I am not sure that is true but the following site shows orbital attempts, dates, and time of launch, country, and other stuf for space flight. It is a good site to look at when researching sightings.

What kind of rocket makes a spiral like that?

Personally, I think it's CG. When you are looking at the spiral part at the end of the video, it almost looks like there is a little box around it. Giving it the appearance that it was added to the video after the fact.

The trail could be a rocket, I couldn't argue that, but that spiral thingy at the end asks more questions than it answers.

Rocket explanation does not really makes sense to me.I just can't imagine a rocket going through all it's post launch stages over a highly populated area.
