NEEDLES — Footage shot recently of something strange over Needles brought a representative of the Mutual UFO Network, Inc. to the area from Phoenix on Wednesday.

“I got hold of a video today that’s going to prove real interesting,” said Christine Dickey, director of the Arizona branch of the network. “We’re going to take it home and analyze it. There’s stuff going on here that defies explanation.”

She said current and retired military aircraft experts, as well as experts in photo analysis, will be examining the footage shot Oct. 29, Nov. 10 and Nov. 17 over Interstate 40.

“There’s an incredible amount of activity on this tape that doesn’t look like conventional aircraft,” Dickey said. “This is the most information I’ve gotten on any of my investigations yet. It’s pretty impressive.”

She also has similar video footage from Lake Havasu City that will be analyzed, plus three additional reports from people in the Tri-state verifying they’ve seen the same thing.

Dickey invites anyone who has witnessed something unusual in the skies to call her at 520-510-3029 or e-mail [email protected].

Stuff like this bothers me.

If you havn't analyzed it yet, stop pronouncing that it defies explanation. Word mean things and overstaing something like this shows a frame of mind. She is already standing firmly in the "it must be a UFO" camp to use language like that. How am i supposed to believe that she gets this home and then becomes the objective and cautious investigator? An investigator shouldn't start out with assumptions. Its typical I guess.

It is MUFON.

OK , crap like this really pisses me off; "VIDEO CAPTURED OF CITY SIZED SAUCER!" or "AMAZINGLY CLEAR UP CLOSE FILM OF SAUCER CAPTURED BY MULTIPLE NEWS CREWS"............and they don't have the video available to view, ...not even a few stills. That is so aggravating it makes me almost homocidal.

About four years ago, the Charlotte Observer, a newspaper in Charlotte North Carolina, ran a story talking about this man that captured multiple excellent photos of a structured craft that would change the UFO world forever.
You know what photo they had with the article? The guy LOOKING UP AT THE SKY! NOT his photos.
There was never a follow up, and my email inquiries were ignored. WTF is that all about?

There should be death squads that hunt these editors down for doing shit like that.

It may be the source putting some restrictions on the publishing of the photos and videos looking for some compensation. The deals never get struck and the photos don't get published. There is also the possibility that someone relieved them of the photos before they could be published.

Argghh. I wasn't looking for a rational level-headed response to my rant. It sucked any self-righteousness right out of what I said and replaced it with whiney "waaaaaaaaa". Oh well, I'll just have to settle for midling disgruntled.
