Need for a Chatroom

I think we need a chatroom were Paracasters can use. Does anyone else have thoughts on this?

I'd also want someone to monitor that chat room when it's open. It's doable, but I wouldn't want it to be opened without someone in control, in case things get out of hand. I know you folks wouldn't act up, but there are others out there who might.
