I was wondering if anyone has read this book? It is a trilogy and Nephilim: The Truth is Here is the first in the series. I didn't go out looking for it. It just happened to be in one of the care packages that my unit just received. The author is L.A. Marzulli. A synopsis of the book can be put as; Art "Mac" Mackenzie, an alcoholic reporter, is chipping away at a boring fact piece when he stumbles upon evidence of a government cover-up. Undercover, Mac infiltrates the restricted sixth floor of a new hospital, where supposed mental patients, all women, are kept sedated and restrained. One woman tells him that something fathered an inhuman child in her: Nephilim, child of a fallen angel and a human mother.

Yes I understand it is a work of fiction but it looks and sounds interesting and if nothing else entertaining. From the background I have looked up online it seems the author has done his homework and appears to be the "Dan Brown" of ufology books. What I mean is he uses facts but in a way to fit his story. If I'm wrong please let me know because I have never heard of this author but the book sounds good enough to read and might put forth some good points or ideas. If anyone has read this book or anything by this author please let me know what you thought and is this going to be a waste of time. Thank you guys

He was if memory serves a guest on the show not to long ago. He wasn't really well recieved. I had some email contact with him. I'm afraid my "liberal" Christianity wasn't real acceptable to him. He is an evangelical. However, the books seem to be intersting and I might get around to a read myself once I thin out my current stack. More stuff to throw into the stew of possibilites is not (imo) a bad thing. :-)
