I have no idea what this is, what it means, and what he is saying. It appears he is saying these earthquakes are some type of intentional act and their placement is also intentional. I don't get it. I must be missing something.
Here is the map from the USGS for that area. Make of it what you will. I don't know what Stans map is showing, I don't see any similarities with the USGS one.

If you look closely at the yellow dots you will note that it is clearly understandable when rotated 90 degrees to the left and then converted to brail. It says, "This is bullshit".
