This is a very --old-- (what I call>) NewAgey view of "the aliens" that has been around since the days of the Contactees and their conference at Giant Rock, when George Adamski was letting us know about the beutiful Venusians' upset at our nuclear testing. People assume that if there are extreterrestrial humanoids, they are automatically spiritualy advanced because they are so technologically advanced. I am one to NOT agree with that view. If there was for example, ETs here, either gathering resources valuable to them, or they had hidden bases here, (or a "breakaway civilization") they will make sure everything will be fine for them. It would be like, a high tech scientist saying, "I think I will go into (small town Iowa or Brazil etc) and share what I have with those folks, for no reason.
