Skilled Investigator
I'm a twenty something believer and pretty much have been my entire life. I guess what drew me to this forum was my need to connect with others that have the same belief system as I. It is growing incredibly harder to find others to speak to about the topics I have always been passionate about without being told "You're crazy!" or "You're a weirdo." as I becoming increasingly more and more interested everyday.

I am an X-Files fanatic and have watched all 9 season 6 times in my short life already. I am a self proclaimed self taught ufologist. I read or watch any material I can get my hands on. When ever I am not working my day job I am constantly involved in research regarding UFO sightings, ETI and ETCs.

I really look forward to participating in this community, discussing ideas, beliefs and of course making friends.

Hi Michelle and welcome to the Paracast forum :). I hope your experiences here are enjoyable and enlightening. Be careful though. That word "believer" can get you into some hot water around here, especially if you don't have sound reasons for believing whatever it is you believe. But if you do have some sound reasons, you'll find that most of us are pretty open minded about the possibilities out there. Is there anything you would like to discuss in particular?

I was thinking that because I am new to the forum that perhaps I should just sit back and get a feel for how it works and try to participate in some threads. I don't want to be the annoying new person! But I guess I am interested in eye witness accounts above all.

Don't worry about being annoying. I think I may already have the monopoly on that ;). I tend to be very honest and quite skeptical, but at the same time I also believe that strange things happen and that UFOs ( alien craft ) are real. I can be quite insistent that people who make claims follow through by discussing them in an analytical manner. But ultimately I always try to be genuine and constructive. When things get a little heated, my suggestion is to take a break and visit our Official Funny Stuff thread. Also feel free to start a private conversation if you're nervous about posting something in public.

Thank you. I believe that ETI do exist and I suppose that is what I meant when I said that I am a believer. My reasoning goes beyond just my research and my sightings and experiences have fueled my interests. I will definitely poke around and get to know the site a little bit and join in on the fun. I will check out that link as well! I have about 40 tabs open in my browser, but I guess that isn't very different from a typical night!

Welcome to the forums fellow explorer.

This forum is a great place to interact and see what the pulse is on in this field, i mostly just absorb myself and interject when the mood strikes.

You can't go wrong with Gene and Chris. Might i also recommend Dark Matters Radio and it's sub forum here? Friday nights are especially fun as Don and Rich are live and take calls, its a great place to bounce ideas around some really great veterans in the field.

You've watches all 9 season of X-files 6 times? Impressive - just an aside on an X-files tangent a question for you...

Mulders sister-

I thought it was settled she got "turned into starlight" to avoid a horrible fate, yet the last movie seemed to hint Mulder was still looking for her. Not to mention that alien bounty hunter said she was still alive somewhere. So whats your take?

Again, welcome to the forums

There are several episodes that show that Samantha had many clones. Both as a child, the same age as when she was abducted and as an adult. The episode in which you are referring to, Mulder, at the end of the episode has accepted the fact that he will never find Samantha and that her soul or spirit, however you would like to refer to it was now in a better place, due to what he experiences with the "Walk-ins" in the episode. Having lost my own sister I can understand Mulder's point of view, or the feeling like if he continues searching for her he will eventually find her. He admits that she is gone but there is still a part of him that believes he will reunite with her one day. I don't think that meeting with her drones/clones help his emotional state either. I believe it tortures him throughout the entire series and the movies. I also believe that the truth Mulder seeks throughout the series is partially the search for Samantha as well.
