I heard about it on a military radio station whilst at work which was kinda interesting, apparently the mirage is mirroring a city that doesn´t exist
Tbh i haven´t really looked into this but there´s also alot of talk about a so called "Project Bluebeam" ?

I was wondering what was going on. I couldnt figure out if they were trying to say the trees and the buildings were all mirages or what. That fog was pretty thick though.

I can't tell what supposed to be a real city vs. a mirage.

Edit: As Angel of Ioren points out it's simply a translation issue with a bit mist to boot.
