In Phil Imbrogno's author bio on djinnuniverse.com Rosemary Ellen Guiley writes:

"Philip J. Imbrogno has informed me that he is withdrawing from the paranormal and will no longer be involved in research, including the Djinn. I am of course continuing my own research in this fascinating and little-explored topic, and we are still offering copies of “The Vengeful Djinn” signed by both of us."

From the well ,that didn't last long department....

Phil's back, and among other things he takes some unscrupulous channelers to task for defrauding people and preying on their emotions. dontcha' just luv the irony here? Then I suppose it could be someones idea of a joke. He ( or someone) is pimping a previously book of his but the blog post is from march this year

They Don't See Through Us: Contact of the Extraterrestrial and Ultraterrestrial Kind (article)

This is all from before the fall.

At the bottom of the article: "COPYRIGHT (2010) Llewellyn Worldwide, Ltd. All rights reserved."

The book he is talking about, Ultraterrestrial Contact A Paranormal Investigator's Explorations into the Hidden Abduction Epidemic
was published in December of 2010.

What's funny is that this guy was held up as one of the most important people in the field but he was full of it. How many other people are like that?
Usually, when someone hold up their degree to make themselves seem like an authority, it always seems fishy. You never saw that with Carl Sagan. You don't see that these days with Neil Degrasse Tyson either.

Upon furthur review I noticed that this is probably not a "new" posting as I failed to see a "source" link at the bottom of the article which I take to mean the blog's author did a little copy and paste job of an older article that was done before philips outing. It would have been pretty ballsy of philip to show up again so soon after his retirement ala brett favre (no offense ron).

Still, it was kind of funny seeing him disparge false mediums in this article (probably done b4 last summer) after his giant f.u. to those of us...and that includes myself...who considered his work revelent and probably some of it was, as I really can picture mr. imbrogno rappelling hisself down into a jinn infested cave ;)

having said all that I also have to consider it pretty ballsy of the blog's author to still post a p. i. article so soon after the incident.I was struck by his mentioning in the last paragraph in which he promotes his "new" book which is about a year and a half old, had I actually read the article instead on merely glancing through it , the true nature of the situation would have revealed itself to me a little furthur on , sorry about the confusion people, I thought I had stumbled upon a juicy bit of news.

Edit: as I was posting this I can see T. O. had posted ahead of me and unlike me actually took time to carefully read it. hats off to trainedobserver. For some reason even though it looks like you posted ahead of angel it didn't appear in my taptutalk app until after I wrote this original post. Thanks for keeping me honest

Yeah, he recently poped up on my LinkedIn suggestions. I really hoped we would never her from him again. Alas, the need for ego validation always brings the nutjobs out of hiding. Anyway, I posted a comment to that article. It says that it will be posted after review. I doubt that it will ever grace the interwebs. He is sure to be invited to speak at the next X-Conference or some other B.S. venue where truth takes a back seat to convenient and ill conceived fictions.

Is it wrong to hope he gets an incurable case of the chicken pox?
