NSA Document reveals alien messages?

I was just reading this post on another forum, and was wondering if anyone has heard about this.

Here is the link to the document in the thread. It looks like it is posted on the NSA website and does mention that it is an alien message.

I am pretty new to all of this so please excuse me if this is all bunk, but it is quite convincing.

Thanks for the link. Interesting. I thought there was no official recognition of the nsa's existence. Presumably the publication this appeared in is not available publically? Were the referenced signals even known about?

Did a search for UFO on DTIC Online and here's what I found.

From my understanding of it, the whole thing was a series of articles in an internal publication at the NSA intended as a hypothetical exercise.
