That law was made in the 1800's because of some butter lobbyist. They were pretty crazy back then with the laws. I mean the Spanish - American war was over sugar I think.

Droll, very droll....:cool:

Although I was raised mostly in MO, I was born in Shawnee Mission and went to High School there. Now I just play a Kansan on TV.

As to backward places, ever been to Pittsburg Kansas? Can't hold a candler to BFE, MO; I lettered in Chess in High School, and Pittsburg's best player couldn't get a rating over 1000; started every game by offering a draw.
