Oliver Sacks passes away

Free episodes:

Sacks reinvented a lot of perceptions about the brain and anomalous experiences. Hallucinations opens the gate for paranormality to be, among many possible things, a function of odd happenings in the brain. The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat was introduced to me in first year university and confirmed that there were many possible ways to experience an altered reality outside of entheogens or madness.

Some Sacks' quotes, a man of many strong perspectives:

"Above all, I have been a sentient being, a thinking animal, on this beautiful planet, and that in itself has been an enormous privilege and adventure".

"When people die, they cannot be replaced. They leave holes that cannot be filled, for it is the fate - the genetic and neural fate - of every human to be a unique individual, to find his own path, to live his own life, to die his own death."
