This one I won't be selling.

Some pieces I make castings of and sell. The castings are fairly priced considering how much work I put into them. I put a LOT of work into them.

i get emails from people wanting to buy some of my stuff years after ive posted pics, i just cant bring myself to do it, you could never charge for the time and patience that go into a piece anyway.
i sometimes joke with my wife that if we ever needed money we could take some of those offers up, but we stopped "needing" money long ago.

i have given the odd piece away to close friends i know appreciate the "priceless" nature of such a gift.
and the joy i get knowing something i built by hand from scratch is taking pride of place on a shelf on the opposite side of the planet to where i live feels good

Just checked out a few pics on your gallery and you are awesome! Those pieces you posted are really appealing and extremely detailed. It must be wonderful to be able to do that.

There's a lot more stuff I've made over the years, that's just the stuff I put up there until my website is done. I'm not much on webwork, and lack the skills to make a really dynamic website.

HAy that stuff is wicked, I'd prob get away with wearing all that get up at work, esp that hat. way cool.

I would be curious as to what you were expressin thare, as in what was behind the vision and desire to create that specific piece.

I knew you were a sculptist, but I had never considered that leadin to such thangs as Artic Weather gear... am I readin that right that you are makin some molds for some sort of cold weather gear company? Neat.

You could probly do some good too doin somethin like model rocket part molds... you should definitely check out the model rocket forums and get a feel for all of these out of production parts, and custom, totally unique parts that folks are HUNGRY for. A lot of us scratch build from parts, and the one thing that is most scarce is cool, sci fi lookin especially, nose and detail pieces... you could have yourself a VERY respectable home business goin. Let me know if you're interested and I can point you to some places to check out and get a feel of what I'm talkin.

Most of the folks that have given shots at it used cast resin moldin... I know nuthin much about it but imagine you know all what that would imply. Has to be light fer flight!!! You would be able to make some stuff unlike anyone has ever seen... it would, I'm sure do reasonably well, and would be a HALE of a supplement if nuthin more.

the cold weather gear is not molded, it's regular clothing design work.

I also make things that are mil-spec in my studio. I work with Carbon fiber, among other things producing props and various other projects.

I do a fair amount of casting and mold making of plastic parts. The money is never good enough for me to do it en masse. Nobody ever wants to pay what it's worth.

Thanks for the interest though.
