This case took place in 2008 and the video was recorded in 2008.

Some suggest its a viral marketing trick for MIB 3

however............

why would they do viral marketing in 2008 for a movie release in 2012?

I am doubting its viral markting .

Cheapened a bit by going to the strobing blue/black background from when the word "hypnotized" was used by one of the witnesses. Funny, I have this insatiable need to go buy popcorn...

I think you hit the nail on the head Angel of Loren. But that's all we see over and over again. A couple of times would be sufficient. Now if you could make out there appearance really well from the video I could understand doing that, as the descriptions by the witnesses were anything but normal. Of course all the descriptions given of these MIB could be done with a couple of tall people useimg some makeup and props. The strobe effect in the video was a bit annoying and I too have a strange desire to buy popcorn now
