It was only on the market for a very short while, and even then he had production problems. I believe he is trying to get a theatrical-type release and that he has redone the work almost entirely, removing some witnesses and adding others. I think he is sacrificing the home DVD market for this potentially bigger theatrical release. IIRC, I may be wrong on this.

thats just the original one i think. Well i have paid $100 dollars for it so we'll see if it arrives.

Uh, I just looked at my copy. It's the 5th anniversary edition 2-disc set, (c) 2007. A label on the back says '621 of 1,000'. My original copy did not work, so they replaced it, then shortly thereafter it was taken off the market. Last time he was on Paracast he said he was completely redoing the movie, taking out questionable witnesses and inserting more credible ones, then hoping for a theatrical release. Looks like you just bought the one I have, which I paid $29 for. I don't say that gloating, believe me, but to show what he did to the price.

yeah i know it definately used to be cheaper. in his first paracast episode he said he was $100,000 dollars in debt, and in the second episode a year later he said he was $300,000 dollars in debt.... so i guess he is bad with money

Hi,
You may want to check the link you have in your sig line.

Also Mr. Fox is financing these films out of his own pocket. Please keep that in mind. Film work is incredibly expensive.

Thanks!

Ok thanks, i'll check my sig. Youtube have become extremely strict recently. I know films cost a lot of money to make these days.... and since James Fox is one of my current heroes in life at the moment based upon the fact that he has spent so much of his time trying to blow the lid off this thing, i have no problem giving him $100 of my money...

Yeah did yo hear his latest Paracast slot Hoff? From late last year?

Just wait for his masterpiece which sounds like it will convince everyone from Klass to Sherma to Shostak to Hoffmeister to Derek C Bart!

Hopefully we dont have to wait too long.

The new film is called "Beyond Blue." It is done and 'being shopped' at the moment. I just watched 'Out of the Blue - 5th anniversary' yesterday to refresh my memory. The production values are excellent. It also does an excellent job in several areas: Phoenix Lights, Bentwaters, Big Sur, Gordon Cooper, and Cometa being examples.

Other areas are a little strange. They did this strange scene where they 'tricked' Jimmy Carter into answering a UFO question at a book signing by getting a guy in a wheel chair with speech problems to ask the question, which Carter handled easily. Carter saw Venus, however, so it's really a non-issue. There is a Corso interview where they claim he was a member of (not on the staff of) the Security Council. Worth seeing because you can see Corso's inflated sense of his own importance. And, of course, we get to see Greer and his Disclosure Project.

Other appearances: Richard Dolan, ilburt Smith, Graham Bethune, Robert salas, Papel Povich and Gen. Alexia, Nick Pope, Stan Friedman, Leslie Kean. All in all a pretty competent history of the subject.

I would imagine the new update would take some of this stuff out in favor of soe other witnesses. Apparently it is a very extensive revision with a majority of new stuff. I don't blame them for shopping it instead of making it into a DVD. he can't eep taking a loss on this stuff indefinitely and if a network picked it up he might actually turn a profit. I sure wish we could see it, though.
