I just wanted to let listeners and board members know about what a cool guy and amazing guest James Fox, Producer of Out of the Blue is.

I heard him on the Paracast, and yes, he was marketing his great film, the 5-year anniversary 2-disc set of the film. On the Paracast, he mentioned if anyone out there wanted a copy (for promotional purposes), to let him know and he'd send them one.

I let him know that I put on UFO lectures where I live (I put on Stanton Friedman for my very first lecture!), and that I'd be interested in receiving a copy. He got my email a couple of days ago, and said he'd put one in the mail for me, even though I saw on his web site that there were no copies available to buy (I even tried--I think it said they were at the mastering facility).

Well, my 2-disc set showed up today in the mail.

I wanted say what a stand-up guy James Fox is, as well as being a really articulate guest and film producer. I really think Out of the Blue is one of the best, and best put together films on the subject of our time. He was certainly one of the better guests on the Paracast, and was entertaining without being self-aggrandizing or over the top.

I hope I can arrange a showing of the film locally, and I'm looking forward to bringing him to my town for a speaking engagement. And I'm looking forward to seeing the new special edition of the film!

I voted yes. I'm not sure if I've seen the ann. version though. I think I have, but not sure. Whatever I watched, was over the net. Is it out on the net?

I liked Out of the Blue well enough. Beat the hell out of Fastwalkers.

I can't say enough about the new version of the film. It really is a whole other film. Different aspect ratio, new graphics and animation, additional interview footage, new witnesses--I plan on posting an entire review to the Paracast forum. I'm pretty sure the version Fox sent me is not available to the general public yet. It's an amazing piece of work. I would be happy to present this 2-disc set to anyone as a mind-changer.

It's been a while since I've seen the original version of the film--and rather than watch them back-to-back, I'd like to just review the film as a stand-alone, self-contained piece.

I think it would be unfair to the film makers for me to do so before it was generally available to the public.

This I will say--there are lots and lots of out takes that are worth the price of the film alone. But, new interviews, HD--as good compared to the first one as the first one was when it came out. I can only recommend it very highly.

His new film, 'Beyond Blue' is being shopped right now. This is a total remake with lots of new footage. Greer gets dropped. More credible wtnesses are added. All new graphics. I believe he's attempting to get distribution on this one rather than just let it out as a DVD.

I would love to see this film. I've never seen the original.

The fact that he's dropped some of the frauds, means that it might actually be worth watching.

I just got an e-mail from James Fox. Apparently he knew NOTHING about this at all.

I had hoped to get a copy of the DVD from him, and he sent me this e-mail saying it was the first he'd heard about it.

You mean he knew nothing about it being on Video.goole?
I'm sure he mentioned before that its on there. If you type UFO into almost any video streaming sites, this will be the first one that turns up.

Incidently, I paid $100 on his paypal link for the latest version and it never got processed so I never got the dvd in the end, i think he doesnt want to sell any more, even for $100.

It seems insane to me, he's $300,000 in debt and he won't take $100 for one of his dvd's. I hope he gets loads for it when he shops it.

If it is the google video that he doesnt know about then let me know and i'll remove this post, i find it really hard to believe that he doesnt realise that its plastered on every streaming website though.
