he is a mod, and he was asking advice about how he could get a woman to stay with him [seriously].

he took it in the humour it was given, but the other shithouse banned me [i had been shitting in his ear awhile in the ufo threads, just the excuse he needed.. final straw boom]


i never make any secret about not liking them, i must have been short term banned on baut 10 times over 5 yrs, just go back every 6 months or so, extracting the urine, i used to drive several of them loopy chasing me from thread to thread, say something in a ufo thread that could be taken 2 ways, then spend the next 20 posts arguing with 4/5 of them, about them just seeing what they wanted to see.

I got banned from the OMF (along with many others) for participating in a discussion that proved Source A was a fraud and had comitted one of the most disgusting examples of stolen valor ive ever seen.

When they couldnt refute the proof, they simply deleted it and banned everyone who took a view opposite their in house one.
They had become so heavily enamoured by the idea he had chosen their forum to disclose the ET reality, finding out they had been duped could only be handled via cognitive dissonace
 
OMF was notorious for that. Of course we can all see where it got them. :D

I was about to be banned for a similar "disturbing lack of faith," but chose to go out with a joke. They didn't like that much either, but I don't think they deleted it. I did work pretty hard at hitting the BS but keeping just inside the boundaries. After a while, it just wasn't worth it and all my friends were getting banned anyway. Heh. Good times!

Seriously, does it matter if you get banned from a site like this OMF? I mean there are SO many other sites out there regarding this topic or skepticism, or whatever, that you can just move to another one. I say if they ban you for no other reason than they don't like what you're saying, to heck with them. They're more interested in their own little slice of belief than the truth anyway, and banning you proves that.
 
There were a lot of really good people on OMF. I would not have stayed long there at all if that were not so. I wondered why some of them had put up with the BS for years, but it was fun a lot of the time. After we " drone skeptics" wore out our welcome, we did take our part of the "drone war" to other venues. Heh. Such innocent times, when "drone war" meant something fairly harmless. Just a fancy hoax that generated tons of noise and some hurt feelings.
