Just a question but I expect you have left out the option of simple "UFO sighting" as this is more of an ambiguous situation and not strictly speaking paranormal as it is .. well.. unidentified.
Where as the "I saw an alien spacecraft" option etc could be seen as paranormal as all other options are closed and the situation points to alien as the only answer.

Yes, exactly. I wanted to avoid the ambiguity.

Lovely. Who put the "no" option in there?

No is implied if you don't answer the dang poll.

The poll don't give a rip if you haven't had a paranormal experience it only is concerned with people who have. Editors ...

OK, Ok, maybe that would be interesting.

There I voted no.

Will in this case I have to answer "no" to the UFO end of things as I do not know.
As for the ghost one yes I have had an experience with two other people.

Oh and speaking of paranormal I just noticed I am close to breaking the 3000 post mark!!:confused::confused::confused::confused:

I have seen things that appeared strange at first, but which I later identified or tentatively identified. I had a lot of strange experiences in my religious mystical meanderings but they all proved to be in my head. Can you imagine? So no, I am not claiming to have had any paranormal experience, but I'm game if there is any paranormalness waiting around.

Never had a paranormal experience.

I have mild intuition when people/ animals are ill or injured, may be educated guesses, who knows

When I was an undergraduate student, a fair few years ago, I once woke up in the middle of the night and looked over at the clock on the bedside table. It was around 3 or 3.30am. I had the sudden urge to turn towards the window that was next to my bed, pull aside the curtain and look outside. It was a dark, quiet, clear night. Within a couple seconds or so I saw an object fly across the sky about a couple hundred meters away from my position. It was round in shape, fast, and absolutely silent. To this day I can't prove it was an alien spacecraft, but certainly an unidentified flying object. It wasn't a plane, helicopter, bird, or shooting star, and certainly not swamp gas or the planet Venus. I just felt it was extremely bizarre that I awoke at that point in the middle of the night for no apparent reason whatsoever and had the strong urge to gaze out the window. I wasn't drunk, or high, and was wide awake. It was not a dream. In the weeks or months prior to that episode I'd often wished that I could see a UFO. Perhaps my wish was answered by someone or something...

I've had other weird synchronicities, and a highly strange series of what I guess could be termed paranormal events that happened to me a few years back, but I've never seen a "UFO" since that first time.

I've unashamedly posted all of my weird experiences, with the two metallic crafts being the primary event, following that the one out of body experience was pretty wild and then there was some minor Ouija weirdness. All these things happened before the age of 21, and since then I've felt that life was much less magical or paranormal. I think that as children, our brains are much more open to seeing the world differently and even experimenting with it. I remember how absolutely surreal the night sky used to look through my bedroom window when I was five.

Now I live in a world where I feel that almost everything has a mundane explanation. I often wonder if this has cut off a certain percentage of potential life experiences. However, this last summer I did, while stone sober, have a very surreal experience with some imaginary trees. I have tried unsuccessfully to think myself clear of that event, and over time its strange sensation will eventually pass I suppose, and then I will even doubt it happened altogether. That's what a rational mind earns you.

I had a sighting that I believe was not an alien craft...so not sure how to answer the poll...

I guess that is the problem here, you could assume it was an Alien craft but how could you ever confirm this unless they landed and talked to you... but then at that point could you believe what they are saying? it could be that that is what they want you to think and they come from some place more terrestrial.

Just saying.
