I am just writing a quick note to introduce a magazine on the Paranormal that you may not be aware of. It seems there are still a lot of people out there who may not even know it exists, which is a bit frustrating for us.

I hope you asked permission from David and Gene to post this. It just isn't good manners to join a group and tell them you have something for sale. I've seen this a few times and I don't know, it doesn't matter how good or bad the stuff is, it's just the fact that people come here for marketing purposes. Their not looking to have a conversation (which is the point of these forums), they are just looking for customers. It sometimes doesn't settle too well. Just my opinion.

Why don't you ask about paying for advertising which I'm sure you could arrange??

I wasnt aware that telling people about the magazine was against forum etiquette but I do take your point. I can understand that forums like this can't be used as a sales room.

It's always a good idea to contact us and give us a heads up that you want to let folks know about your own publication, it is indeed considered good online etiquette.

Meanwhile, I took a quick look at some of the issue you've linked to, looks like a decent magazine, Gene & I would be very happy to be given access to the download versions, if you're feeling generous. ::)
