That website with the "double cylinders" highlighted in red is applying filters that accentuate artifacts from video and image compression. Whatever patterns you see are not discernible from the noise from video compression (with footage possibly having been extracted from video tapes). A dark circle is not necessarily the mouth of a wormhole... It could be caused by the shape of the clear plastic casing on the module the camera is mounted in.
