Yeah that would be incredible,

Thanks for that TC, I read the article and when I got to the bit about the Moon Lander and it reminded me of this,

Mars Station South Pole 2, (2nd)
or
Mars Station Great Martian Volcanoes. (6th)

These were the only ones functioning when I last tried. Also the second one is only live during local daylight hours.
Login and to get some idea about how it must feel to control a vehicle remotely from Earth. I realise this isn't necessarilly what they envisage doing and that this site is dedicated to Mars research but it's still fun to play with.
