Phoenix UFO. Video. 2009.

Looks like flares to me. Amazing to me that these types of sightings continue to get so much attention. Pretty sad that the reporter says there is no way they could be flares. The things are drifting apart and back together again, etc. If that isn't a clear indication of flares hanging from parachutes and being pushed around by the wind then what is? It seems as though the media have never seen a flare that they aren't impressed by. Yet UFO videos that truly are strange looking never get mentioned by them.

No way to tell what this is, or isn't. Based upon the video evidence, of which we've only seen a few seconds of the purported 11minutes, it could be anything from flares to chinese lanterns to virtually anything that can be skyborne. For now, they stand as UFOs until they are identified.

Me and a couple of friends saw lights in the sky last night. Now if i had not seen, these lights before it turned dark, i would have been thinking to myself, i was looking at something very unusual. The sky was going dark, but still bright, and we could clearly see these lights were chinese lanterns, maybe up in the sky less than a half mile away.Me and my friends order took around 10 to fifteen minutes, and within that timeframe the sky had gone dark. We came out of the Pizza place, and some people i saw were looking up in the sky and speaking amongest themselves.Like i said before, i saw this lights before we ordered the pizza. There was three of them very bright in the sky and one of these lights was further ahead of the other two. When i looked at these lights, I could see a triangle shape at different times against the background of a dark sky.

It reminded me of video's, i have seen personally on utube. As to the video show on the thread, it might be a ufo or maybe it just chinese lanterns.

The same thing actually happened to me while driving through CT on I-95 this weekend. Saturday evening, around 7:00 pm my girlfriend noticed three orange lights hanging in the sky just west of the insterstate about a few hundred feet up. I was driving so I only caught a glimpse or two of them, but they were either stationary or moving very slowly so I could only guess that they were Chinese lanterns or something of comparable composition. I sure wish I could have pulled over to observe them better though...
