You mean you don't periodically video tape your toilet??

Seriously I know what video you are referring to, it's pretty easy to fake this. Just because someone can fake it doesn't mean it's fake, but in this case I'd say definitely yes. YouTube is the last place I think you will find something compelling. It seems to be a haven for kids having fun trying to "one up" each other.
 
My sense is that there are "too many" things going on in this video for it to be legitimate. For example, at :24 the candle begins to burn. If items were inexplicably being moved around in one's absence, I can understand filming the location (here the bathroom). But to have a candle which lights "seems" to me to play into the audience's expectations. I have never encountered a poltergeist (and hope I never do), but I doubt they tear apart a room like this one has been upended. Seems staged.
