'The water rescue service'.

Would that be the coastguard you are referring to 'Captain Bob'. Captain Bob the former 'Hollywood stuntman' perchance? (according to BBC news website).

The boat was built, it was in the news. Then Bob got a taste for being in the news and decided to make this all up. That's what happened.

I may have been in the Navy but I am no sailor really. Anyone in this forum more familiar with things nautical will no doubt also just think all his talk does not jive with someone supposedly familiar with being at sea.

Even the person most loathe to go to sea knows the people that help in an emergency are called the coastguard.
