Nothin' to see here
I was browsing for info on the Top Secret US base in Alice Springs called Pine Gap and I found a site with a number of compelling Australian UFO stories.
One in particular is quite interesting, and is described as "probably one of the most genuine photographic UFO sequences on record".
The site: UFO RESEARCH QUEENSLAND | CASEFILES
(I recommend anyone interested read some of the other stories listed on the right-hand side. Some good stuff).
But back to the case at hand... has anyone heard of the 'The Alberton Film/Case' ?? You can read the whole account on the site, but essentially a guy goes outside during an ad break on TV to clean his camera and sees something strange in the sky. He gets a few seconds of video. The year is 1967.
Some pics:
Assuming the details of the story are all accurate, then its a pretty damn interesting image. IF all that stuff about the footage being analysed by an expert in the States is not true, then the object in the photos could be anything really (of course it could be anything regardless).
Ahh well... still fun to look at and play the "lets assume the details of the story are correct" game.
