You should be more worried about Facebook, especially after what the founder recently said about privacy... Total Information Awareness... .

...or not.

Personally, I would like casual internet browsing to be entirely anonymous and all network traffic, including emails to be encrypted by default, but then Echelon would have to be more selective of their targets (gasp) until quantum computers had been perfected and utilised to nullify encrypted traffic...

My brain is addled. Where did I put my tin-foil hat?

It doesn't matter if you are using Google or not. It is well known that ALL phone calls, and emails are logged and scanned for keywords. Simply being on the internet makes any information you share vulnerable. In fact they're probably reading this...right...now............................................................................... FU NSA
