Not that Gene and I need any help in this regard (I have dozens--perhaps hundreds of questions myself), but this is a chance to ask the horse yourself... Anyone read Wonders in the Sky yet?

Anyone read Wonders in the Sky yet?

I have preordered it on Amazon but I don't think it has actually been released yet.

Questions for J.V.: Given your extensive background and familiarity with the subject, what is your greatest fear or concern (other than we will never know the truth) associated with the phenomena? Similarly, what is your greatest hope?

As most interested in this subject I have enormous respect for Vallee. His thinking on the subject is certainly more broad than the average UFO researcher. However, I find it difficult to agree with his idea about UFOs somehow influencing our culture, consciousness, or whatnot. The vast majority of people care absolutely nothing about this topic and I find it difficult to fathom how society at large can be affected in any way by something it considers to be as interesting as cardboard. So my question would be how can a phenomenon act as a paradigm, a form of control, and/or influence anything if virtually everyone is uninterested, doesn't believe it is a reality anyway, or ignores it completely?

I went over to the AfterDisclosure site, and read Leslie Gunter's thoughts about peoples' reactions to it, of how there might be a run on the grocerie stores due to mass pannick. I could -not- agree with anything more than. I have truly pondered such, and I know my own reaction would be, "It's about damn time." "Now lets get you Critters on TV so we can judge how ugly or pretty youz are." How could they be more scary than/next to Whoopi Goldberg, on The View? (It's that hideous hair of hers, is all.) Plus.......Leslie doesn't seem to know about Schwan's. They bring groceries right to your door. Order online!
I wan't to hear Vallee --expound-- on the subject of 'Ufo-government-coverup' and the Exopolitics movement. His own personal opinions.

Question here: I'd really like to know why he decided to 'jump back into the fray' so to speak, as he at least seems to discuss this phenomena again after quite a while of silence on the topic. Thanks.

My copy got here today. The Ranger's game is going to delay my digging into it though.

Hi Gene & Chris,Q.1 Mr Jacques Vallee,What's your thoughts on the so called Hollow Earth theory , Operation Highjump and some researchers viewpoints on Roswell and New Mexico cases. Q.2 Remote Viewers data regarding ET Earth base and so called ET type activity in our solar system?Cheers,BF

Like most members, I consider Vallee to be one of the best minds to wade into the swamp of the UFO phenomena and associated mysteries. I've got a few hundred broad questions and maybe a couple hundred specific ones. Best to just raise a handful?

Does he still stand by all his arguments against ETH? The one that catches my attention is the dismissal of 'visitors' being humanoid as greatly against the odds. He's suggested octopii are likely, but how would they develop technologically in a marine environment? A basic requirement of technical advance is fire. As such, 'whoever' would need to be land-based with organics to burn (vegetation etc) and an atmosphere to sustain fire. The homeworld would need to provide ores for smelting etc to develop the technology to go off-world. A lot of the evolutionary and selective drivers that created our template as a 'best fit model' for technological advancement could apply to other worlds whether ET or 'elsewhere.' Perhaps the success of our 'template' goes some way to explaining why most CEIIIs describe humanoid-shaped beings? Or perhaps (if reports are accurate), our world attracts visitors with similar physical shapes; two legs, two arms and two eyes at height? I read an analyses of Vallee's that tabled the categories of types reported. Although there was a difference in dimensions, the majority of reports described humanoid figures.

In 'Revelations,' he makes the brilliant suggestion that cases like Rendleshem and other cases could be deceptive scenarios contrived by various elements of the Intelligence agencies. Fog and projections. Does he think it possible that Ingo Swann's UFO and ET encounters could have been similarly contrived?

Finally, given the deceptive nature of the phenomena and its apparent ability to control our perceptions and , to a degree, control reality...could the 'missing evidence' be part of the program? By this I refer to the analyses of trace evidence that either go missing or come back as terrestrially mundane. Also all the reported photographic and video footage that seems to disappear from archives etc. Rather than 'cover-ups' by human agencies, could the phenomena be instrumental in the best evidence repeatedly being misplaced, lost and vanished?

I would ask him that he not bother writing any more books, because Dr.Stephen Greer already knows everything. He is the ambassador for Earth right ?

Seriously though, great job in getting Mr Vallee as a guest ! I'm just interested in why he continues, when the mystery just never gives us any real answers..what with all the noise out there.

Questions for Dr Vallee.

1. Are there universal facts about the UFO Phenomena that can be applied to every country in the world? If so what are they.

2. The nature of the UFO Phenomena seems to be different in different areas of the world. South America seems to have some genuinly bizzare and terrifying reports. (Colares, Brazil). To his knowledge are there any other areas outside South America that have experienced this sort of "violent" interaction with the people living in the area? What does this tell us about the phenomena and why is it that many investigators/researchers simply ignore this data?

3. I have heard Dr Vallee mention previously that he has met and been on panel discussion with Dr Michio Kaku. Dr Kakus recent support of Leslie Kean and her new work was very unexpected, although he has never actively tried to debunk the subject, on occasion speaking favoribly of certain good cases. Has Dr Valle had a chance to discuss his work with Dr Kaku after these panel discussions, and what was his viewpoint at that time? Does he realise that the hard science has never been done and that the established scientific community has never really made a positive contribution.

4. Leslie Kean has talked about trying to move the investigation forward. Given the wide spectrum of investigators, idiots on the one end and competant professionals on the other, how can we move the whole research community forward? Is a coalition of scientific investigators the way forward, with a wide range of expertise (Medical Doctors, Psychologists etc) under one banner or is private funding the way to go? In other words, can we move the research on using a MUFON or NICAP template or do we need serious cash with access to labs 24 / 7 in order to move forward.

5. Many investigators are guilty of ignoring aspects of the phenomena that do not fit thier concepts. (paranormal activity, confusion and disorientation caused by UFO). However does this not reflect frustration of investigators who for so long have clung to the material and physicallity of the objects in order to get the scientific establishment involved in the investigation. A sort of materialism that allows scienice a way of measuring the phenomena?

I wish we had 1 million more Dr Vallees!

Dear Mr. O'Brien
I have a few questions which I would like you to consider asking Mr. Vallee.
1. Mr.Vallee sees the UFO data in waves. Are these waves changing over time, and if they are in what way or ways are they changing?
2. Mr. Vallee was (or is still serving) on the NIDS board. I understand he was involved with the Sherman Ranch and had entered into a non-disclosure agreement. I would like to know if he can just say whether or not he gleaned any useful information from his research there. Yes or no answer.
3. The late Terence McKenna lectured with Mr. Vallee some time ago. Mr. McKenna's lecture I believe was named "Shamanic Approaches to the UFO". Mr. McKenna had four possible explanations for the phenomenon. There were two major contenders. The first was mankinds unconscious Super Ego. The second was that with out us knowing, we have always shared our planet with another undetected intelligent species which may have been here before us. Does Mr. Vallee have any thoughts on this or perhaps a terrestial ultra dimensional intelligence?
4. In Dr. Vallee's last interview on the Paracast he had mentioned a hypothetical scenario where by a fractal being could possibly straddle demensions. If that were the case he cautioned not to project ones conscious in that direction because it could come from anytime or place. I wish Dr. Vallee might elaborate on this a little more. I would like know if this thought may have been the result of the work at S.R.I. ?
5.Michael Persinger had sucessfully altered volunteers temporal lobes with an artifical weak magentic field which induced paranormal type effects. Is there any evidence of unusual magnetic fields in the Unitah Basin?
6. Dr. Vallee has mentioned the effects of paulsed microwaves, and lights on a person causing changes in their psyche. Does the phenomenon have any effects on people with impairments such has sight or hearing. Such as blind or deaf people?
7. The late John Mack had interviewed 60 secondary school children in Zimbabwe who had claimed two ufo's with beings had landed in the proximity of their school while they were out playing. Did Mr. Vallee have any involvement in that case.

2. Mr. Vallee was (or is still serving) on the NIDS board. I understand he was involved with the Sherman Ranch and had entered into a non-disclosure agreement. I would like to know if he can just say whether or not he gleaned any useful information from his research there. Yes or no answer.

This would be a very interesting conversation to have. Vallee has qualified the accounts of the Sherman Ranch in several interviews and referred to Colm Kelleher. Has he been there or seen truly compelling images?

NIDS are problematic for me. Some of their reports fall short of academic requirements and formats. The vocabulary isn't reflective of an academic education in science. The terminology and references are basic and they read like an under-graduate's first year assignments. The subsequent 'non-disclosure agreements' have closed the door on addressing any of these questions or concerns.

The Skinwalker Ranch is a fascinating series of accounts that leaves me undecided. Are they true or not? George Knapp is a credible guy and Vallee is held in high-esteem. They both support the substance of the accounts. Dog-headed men smoking cigarettes in trench-coats and huge critters crawling through 'portals' is a lot to take in.

If the accounts are true...or if the accounts are not...it's a can of worms. If Vallee would be prepared to substantiate or qualify his stance on the matter, I'd really appreciate it. On the one hand, I believe it...on the other it's all so unbelievable. :)

Dog-headed men smoking cigarettes in trench-coats and huge critters crawling through 'portals' is a lot to take in.

Again I'd have to ask, "How is this not a matter of National Security?" If anyone in the military took the ranch seriously as has been suggested in some interviews I've heard, wouldn't they be all over that like stink on two day old bait? The appearance of dog-headed men is some serious goings on my friend. I'm trying to be funny but I have a serious point.

1. I like to ask Mr Vallée, does he himself consider a theory UFO's were build by "People" not all that different from us, that once lived on the planet before accepted history, and the reason the visitors keep the secret from the world, is they hide out among us?

2. I like to ask him. What were the fairies in his opinion? Creatures from another world or something more human?
second part..

According to the Vedic stories, the peoples worshiped a Goddess called Danu, the Celtic people believed Danu was mother Goddess of the Fairies. Do these traditions have some common background in your opinion, since there is obvious separation of time and distance between them.

3. Do you give a support or credence to the Vedas texts especially the "RIGVEDA" are we the human race suffering from amnesia about our past history?

1) Jacques Vallee has reflected on some of the cases he's investigated where craft slowly fade away or disappear in a flash and has come to the conclusion that the phenomenon has a multi-dimensional aspect to it.

In view of the more recent developments in stealth technologies such as Meta-Flex material, has the idea of meddling with multi-dimensionality become less valid to him in explaining the observations ?

2) What does he think about the idea that mankind is the equivalent of the 'locker-room' people in men in black. Assuming that this planet is more or less a petri dish where social bacteria evolve, are manipulated , studied and compared to other dishes in the galaxy.

Would that not explain why our keepers are so concerned about us and our nuclear bombs ? And why perhaps no earthly government would dare disclose such a demoralizing truth ;)
