Micah Hanks and Scott Alan Roberts will be joining us to catch us up on their most recent work, plus we are going to hear about the second annual Paradigm Symposium to be held next month in the Minneapolis/St Paul MN are—where yours truly will also be premiering my Stalking the Herd presentation . Both Scotty and Micah have been guests on the show and both are well-versed on a whole litany of paranormal subjects we cover here at the Paracast.

Scotty's most recent book looks at the roll of the reptilian form in human culture: The Secret History of the Reptilians: The Pervasive Presence of the Serpent In Human History, Religion and Alien Mythos, and Micah's most recent book is an out-of-the-box look at: The UFO Singularity: Why Are Past Unexplained Phenomena Changing Our Future? Where Will Transcending the Bounds of Current Thinking Lead? How Near is the Singularity?

This will undoubtedly be a fun, informative show, so please post your questions here asap as we are taping Thursday morning…

This question is for Mr. Roberts...while I have not read his book, The Secret History of the Reptilians, I did read his post on the Intrepid magazine blog concerning the book and I was curious about the following remarks about Hitler:
"The Merovingian kings of Europe’s Dark Ages believed they were descended from these beings, possessing the blood of the Serpent as well as the blood of Christ, thereby establishing their godlike claim to power. Adolph Hitler followed in their footsteps, and his claim to being the leader of a “master race,” as well as his heinous notions of a “final solution” were all based in his belief that he was a descendant of these serpent-blooded kings."
First, could you please elaborate more on this statement as I would like to hear more about your theory that links the Third Reich to "serpent-blooded kings." Also, what would be your documentation that Hitler ascribed to these beliefs? Please reference any primary sources that you feel support this assertion.
Also, in an interview on "Before It's News" you state that Hitler was a member of the Thule Society, yet there is no evidence that he was or ever attended any meetings of the group. He was coached in public speaking by Thule Society guest (not member) Dietrich Eckhart and dedicated Mein Kampf to him, and DAP (later the Nazi party) had origins in the Thule Society, but neither of these things are evidence that Hitler subscribed to any sort of occultist beliefs supposed by the Thule members. What primary documentation did you base the assertion that Hitler was a Thule Society member?

Am I too late to post my questions? I have no idea what time zone you guys are recoding this program on

You still have a bit of time. Go ahead.

We are recording from 10 AM until Noon Pacific, but we take questions even after the episode begins.

okay great, thanks for letting me know Gene.

My question/comment for Micah:

Hi Micah. I'm a big fan of the gralien report but it would be completely unacceptable if you infect The Paracast team with your little"Hadal" problem :p

Micah, can you please tell me how seriously you take the Ancient Astronauts theory and its level of importance to the field of ufology? The reason why I ask this is that I noticed that the gralien report are the main sponsors for the annual Paradigm Symposium that focusses mainly on Ancient Aliens Research.

Also, what is your view on Erich von Däniken (the headline speaker at the Paradigm Symposium) in regards to him faking evidence, exaggerating findings & fabricating stories? I for one can not understand how von Däniken has seemingly lost little to no credibility in the face of his falsehoods being exposed.

I would love to go to the symposium, it is only an hour away from me but a ticket is too expensive.
My son rented the Union Depot for his wedding. Very cool place.

If it's not too late, I'd like to ask if any of you think it's possible that there is a concerted effort by someone to discredit UFO witnesses by putting out or perpetuating pure speculations like Nazi UFOs, ancient aliens or Reptilians. Is it all just people with overactive imaginations or the hope to make some money or fame?

Do you think any of the aformentioned theories might be valid?

For Micah: I sometimes think there are two different Singularities people are talking about: humanity merging with computers or individual people merging with each other to form a kind of spiritual super-consciousness. Do you get that too? And if so, which one would you prefer/subscribe to?

If it wasn't for von Däniken, I wouldn't know about things like the Nazca lines or Palenque. But I think these things could very well have been man-made, with the knowledge and craftmanship of generations. What do you think?

What do you think about his claim that for a few weeks, I guess in the 80s, he's lived with an alien energy-like life form which took the form of a younger version of himself?

It's unfortunate that the question threads often get buried. I think that's why many forum members didn't even see this thread in time. Probably many casual visitors don't even look at the regular forums but get distracted by the avatar pics in the "latest thread" area (happens to me I confess). So if it's not too complicated, is there a way to make the current question thread always visible?

It was pretty surprising to me that there weren't more questions for these guests. I haven't been on the forums long at all so I'm not sure what the general take is on either author, but what little I know of Mr. Roberts work I figured he'd bring out some of the skeptics at least. Perhaps it did get buried beneath all the active discussions, but even as a new member (or maybe because of it) I look forward to finding out the next guest and seek out the question bank for that information. I get the feeling that some folks like to listen to themselves talk or in this case read what they type and probably only pay attention to active discussions that are a bit controversial in nature or maybe these guests just didn't interest many forum participants. Besides you Polterwurst, the only other two questions were from forum newbies...myself and Pierre, so I think if we could find it and participate then there's not much excuse for seasoned members except they just weren't interested. Chris & Gene do a lot to encourage participation, but there's only so much they can do...maybe it should fall to members that enjoy utilizing the question bank (like you and me) to give the question bank a bump on the latest thread section or maybe start a thread on why folks aren't using the question bank...generating an argument would surely draw attention. ;)

'Reptilians..'... well, has he ever 'met' one outside of pet turtles or the zoo? I like to speculate just as much as the next guy, but other then the symbol of the serpent being fairly obvious throughout human history, what compelled him to write the book ? Thanks, even if it is too late.

I was also very surprised to see that so little people actually bothered to ask a question. I thought people would literally fight to get their questions on the air, but instead it was only me and two other people.

Not buried. The Question Bank board is right on the front page. We have a Latest Posts listing in our sidebar, and a New Posts link in the nav bar at the top of the forum. So I would expect that people who want to ask questions would check back regularly. Or just "Watch" the forum, so you get an email notice of new posts.

I've heard either Roberts or someone else with the whole reptilian/Nephilim theory (honestly, I tuned out, literally) on Coast to Coast once (it was a weak moment) and about 75% of the callers were people claiming to be Reptilians in disguise as humans. So, dyingsun...who knows, you may even be one and not know it yet? ;)

Eversince I have started following the crazy world of the paranormal I have noticed certain trends. It's all about the flavor of the month. One month its all about reptilians, the other month its shadow people etc. It seems to me that most paranormal researchers are only interested in making a quick buck & not in the actual search for truth. The worst things is that the public at large eats buckets full of this shit & keeps asking for more

Ahem. Now that you say it ... there is a New Post link. Lookit that. :D

Actually I was thinking more of the "unusual suspects", members or even guests who don't normally check for the current question thread but would still post a question, because the topic or interviewee happens to be in their field of special interest. But I see that it's a problem technically because you would have to update a hypothetical "current question thread display" every week or at least as soon as a new question thread is opened.

I don't know about that. I would think most people see these stories for what they are and don't even bother. They just go "oh this UFO/aliens/Annunaki/Reptilian/NWO nonsense again". The fact that this stuff doesn't go away because of lack of interest, IMO is due to some people always trying to come up with another hoax, wild story, "interesting" speculation etc. As I said in another thread, it's as if there's a staff of weekly sitcom screenwriters doing this for a living.

Lately, I'm asking myself if it's just jokers and compulsive liars and charlatans or if there's someone looking to discredit serious UFO research and witnesses by putting out at least some of these stories (maybe even circulate a hoaxed video now and then which again looks compelling at first but can be debunked quite easily). Maybe I should abstain from the Paracast for a while, I'm starting to believe in my own conspiracy theories now.

For Scotty: any truth to the persistent rumors that the 1927 Yankees lineup was almost completely made up of Reptilians ?

lol. good one :)

I am not familiar with Scotty's work at all, will someone please be kind enough to enlighten me? From the sound of it his work is similar to David Icke & Rosemary Ellen Guiley?
