Doesn't matter; it is junk footage (as it is currently presented). No context, no explanation... Could easily be something very, very out of focus or overzoomed (I think I just invented a word).
 
the person shooting zooms out really fast and ends the video if i saw some thing like that i would keep shooting to see what happeds... next but i find this person interesting http://www.thewatcherfiles.com/

Looks fake, and advertises a site, which is a red flag to me. Much of You tube vids are crap when it comes to ufos, bigfoot, and ghosts.

The url you posted, I'd stay away from such sites, unless you like to shake your head a lot. Woo-woo central.
 
yes i understand but i just wanted other peoples opinion on the vid or that site.... wast trying to advertises at all but i herd some of the audio... and i was shakeing my head... what is this that i am hearing.... yea woo-woo centeal.... is that a new word ? :P and bible codes do they work ???

just wanted to say one day i was lisening to the paracast and i herd some weird noise out side then i saw a star flashing so i keep looking at it and then i saw a jet on my left and on my right saw a white ball of light where the star was it was zooming to words the star witch i thought ummm did i see what i just saw ?....
