Dude is a UK councilman and claims "mantids" gave him dyslexia to prevent mankind from brainwashing him. He also purports to be part of the Illuminati and on a special list that precludes human governments from exercising jurisdiction over him (other than parking tickets). The mantids are mediators between Draconis Reptoids and Grays. He gets beamed up to the mothership a few times a year to bang the alien cat queen and sire genderless felids.
He insists, of course, that his experiences are completely literal. However, as with Basiago, Strieber, et al., I cannot help but wonder if he is a case study in alternative phenomenologies. He is not quite lying...rather, he is telling an experiential truth arising from a mish mash of false memories, true memories of dreams, and involuntary self delusion.
