Anything, and I mean anything that makes major news can be twisted and slanted to hold a conspiracy. Take a cosmological event such as this and there'll be no end to it. People like those on Jones' network will be ranting about this for years, and the story and coverup will get get stranger and more incriminating as the years go by...and real memory of the event has faded.
