He says everything written on the screen, with the exception of the phrase "well known." He says "well known, chronicled documentary." He's clearly making a joke.

 

"Watch the documentary film (insert absurdly premised fiction movie)" is a common joke in the world. Someone asked him a stupid question. He gave a smartassed answer. Everyone starts to laugh. How does this get attention?
